Watch video on easy 123 Kale Chips


Easy chips for the The whole family or maybe you will just eat them all! My health coach clients they say I can't give up my greasy chips and my response is you don't have to, just make chips healthier for you.

Kale does amazing things for body and a lot of people don't like to eat kale or eat it sautéed because it has a very woodsy taste. This is an awesome alternative to get your kale  in and also make it very tasty. Excellent way to introduce kale into your household. Don't tell the fam what it is, just say "Try it". 

The recipe
A bag of fresh kale and just rip it off the stem and there's no methodical way to do it, just go for it! 

Take a cookie sheet and line with tinfoil


I like to use flaxseed oil spray because it's coating the kale you're also getting your wonderful amount of omega-3 fatty acids. Go you!

I like to use Himalayan salt put enough on until your own taste buds are happy but don't go Cray Cray with it.

I like to add a little bit of garlic seasoning on it but is completely optional

Ending with putting on some Rawmesan cheese. A wonderful alternative to dairy cheese and is completely made out of nuts. It's so yummy. 

Crank on your oven to 350 and time it for 10 minutes and take it out and flip the kale over and put it in for another 7-10 minutes. They should be crunchy like chips 

Enjoy and rock it out and eat!
