Collard Greens leaf (one per person)
Veggies (I used)
Yams, all colored peppers, mushrooms, turnips, parsnips
I seasoned with sea salt, pepper, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper. I tossed them on a pan and sprayed flax seed oil so spices would stick. Flax seed oil is fab for you, tons of omega 3's. Put in 350-400 depending on how raw or cooked you like them. I cook my veggies for 15 minutes.
While that's cooking I take my collard greens and wash them off and just crack the stem part off. You can also put leaf in boiling water for 15 seconds and then in ice cold water. It will make it more pliable to eat. I like my food basically raw so I do nothing. It's your call loves. Put each leaf on each Persons plate and I put refried beans and then Daiya dairy free cheese and added veggies on top and used a little Vegenaise, alternative to mayo-no! Teehee.
Now wrap it up and go to town. That's it!👏
