Fight Wrinkle's like a Warrior

Good beauty afternoon. If you are a client of mine or a friend, you've heard me talk about FrownieS and Essential oils.

Everyone always wants to know what they could do for wrinkles on the face naturally. This what I use and suggest. I've been using this for many years. FrownieS and Frankincense oil from Doterra. 

Doterra essential oil's are amazing. No matter where I go, everyone will always see me with my Oil's. True oil's you can take orally, topically, diffuse them, or even put them in foods. Not all oil's are the same. 

A little cool info about Frank, this oil will literally blow your mind. What is it good for? It can actually reduce the appearance of sunspots and age spots. If you have uneven color on your skin, some whiteness in some areas, any spottiness or splotchiness, frankincense oil is the number one ingredient that can help even out skin tone and help get rid of sunspots and age spots.

Frankincense essential oil is a powerful astringent, meaning it helps protect skin cells. It can be used to help reduce acne blemishes, the appearance of large pores and wrinkles. The oil can be used anywhere where the skin becomes saggy such as the abdomen, jowls, or under the eyes. Mix six drops of oil to one ounce of an unscented oil like jojoba oil and apply it directly to the skin. Be sure to always do a small patch area though first to test for possible allergic reactions.

Frankincense has the ability to strengthen skin and improve its tone, elasticity, defense mechanisms against bacteria or blemishes, and appearance as someone ages. Studies have shown that it helps tone and lift skin, reduces appearance of scars and acne, and heals wounds. It can also be beneficial for fading of stretch marks, surgery scars or marks associated with pregnancy, and for healing dry or cracked skin. Are you ready to buy 10 bottles now? It's worth the money and Frank only has one ingredient, frankincense. There's no other preservatives or crap in it.

FrownieS have been around since the 1889. They paved the way in show Alfred Hitchcock TV series in the 1950's. Shout out to my girl, Jamie Liveluaghlove for getting this pic. 

 They are basically a flesh colored piece of construction paper. One side has a matte finish and the other side is the shiny side and when wet it becomes tacky like glue. 

You apply it to the desired areas on your skin at night after your lotions and potions. The tacky area gets pressed into the skin. Before you do that remember to pull that area nice and tight, then apply. At night the way we sleep can cause and reinforce wrinkles on the face, neck, and décolleté.
