Go Earthing

I love to be barefoot and feel what's underneath my feet. If I could live in Hawaii all would be well. When I was there, no one wore sandals into the super market and I thought it was so strangely awesome. I like eating with my hands and feeling the earth with my toes, but in some cases I need to be a lady and use man made utensils and where shoes. :)

What is Earthing? It's a practice walking
around barefoot or putting any part of your body in direct contact with the earth/ground. They say it may decrease pain and improve health. Ya baby! Your absorbing what the earth has for you, like the grounds negatively charged electrons. Stephen Sinantra, MD says "it's similar to antioxidants, balancing out positive free radicals that contribute to inflammation. " All sickness is derived from inflammation, so let's kick inflammation in the butt. 

Just 20 minutes of Earthing eases pain; 40 minutes begin to reduce blood viscosity. Thickness of blood can lead to strokes and heart attacks. 

Go shoeless and walk in the beach or in your garden.So lets make sure we make our hearts happy.
