Make healthy salmon in a flash

My go to is salmon but a couple of things you want to remember before you buy.

1. Fresh is always best but there is other options that you can do that are just as good.
2. Salmon has the lowest mercury of all the fish🐟
3. Always always buy wild caught and never ever ever buy farm raised.
4. If you buy pre packaged salmon look for wild caught and giant eagle has it and it serves 4-5. I cook it all at once and just re heat in oven again or leave cold and put on salad with almonds and lemon juice.

How should one prepare easy salmon, let me tell you how I work it. I use kosher sea salt, hot pepper, onion, garlic, and turmeric and lemon juice. Turmeric is a huge cancer fighter my friends👊.

I turn on oven 350 for 20-25 minutes depending on how thick the fish is. I cooked brown rice in a slow cooker for the first time. It actually turned out well. Lastly I through some asparagus in the pan and put some coconut oil in the pan. Side note: coconut oil can be used as a body moisturizer and also as deodorant because its has antimicrobial properties. I use it on my back and it helps with break outs. Back to asparagus! I put a dash of salt, pepper, lemon juice and spray on some sea same spray oil on and let em cook. Just for a couple of minutes on high. I like them raw and if you eat it raw, you still are eating live food and not killing it on high heat! To top it off I put in cherry tomatoes for the last minute.

Enjoy!
