Cough & Congestion in chest

Morning loves,
I got one hour of sleep because I have bronchitis due to not getting enough sleep and I'm sure environmental toxins added to this.

As you know I'm all for natural remedies but I never tried any for this ailment before. I was sick of not sleeping for the past 3 days so I decided to take action. I was coughing so bad that I almost would throw up,I know too much TMI;( I don't know why I took Robitussin which I never ever do. I guess I was being a pure lazy girl. I looked at the ingredients and it had listed
High fructose corn syrup
D&C red #33
FD&C red # 40
And the list goes on and on. Like that junk is going to aid in making me feel better. We are sick, do they really need to put color additives in it. Like we care.

I'm going to give you some recipes you can do at home to naturally break up congestion in chest and throat.

Best to do at the first signs of congestion or coughing.

1/2 teaspoon of
Ginger
Cinnamon
Clove
These are main ingredients that help cure bronchitis.
2 cups water and boil. It will remain cloudy. Add honey if desired. 2x a day.
I added Xylitol because its a natural antibacterial agent and it sweetens it, thus making this mixture easier to throw back.

I'm drinking this right now
Fresh garlic. Before you mince it take a knife and crush it. It releasing everything and then mince it.
Cayenne pepper. A pinch, anymore and it can knock you out its so strong.
Ginger fresh, grated, chopped
Boil it all in tea and drink. It stopped my coughing.


Cayenne pepper extract/oil rub on chest and throat to break up congestion.
