Superman healthy Breakfast Foods
Breakfast can be fast and easy so let's get started.
* Raw chia pudding
Chia superfood for energy. High in omega 3 & fatty acids
Night before
1 cup raw cashews or walnuts
2 cups of coconut water Or almond milk
4-5 pitted dates
2-3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt
4 tbs raw chia seeds
Or make it a different way but faster
*Blueberry Cardamon Chia Pudding
1/2 cup Chia Seed
2 1/2 almond milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 1/2 Cardamon
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup grade A
1 tsp vanilla extract
Or
*Pumpkin Chia Puffing (Serves 1)
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 almond milk + extra almond milk
Stevia to taste
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
Ok y'all just mix it all together. Wait, for it to gel. Keep stirring every few moments. As you go, eyeball it to see how much almond milk you need it may take up to 1/3 of a cup more. As soon as the texture changes to what you like, you got it... Ready to serve.
You can also stir in everything & set in fridge until next day.
So yes and yes, I'm obsessed with Chia seeds and yes y'all totally should be too! You can purchase them in whole foods or Giant Eagle Market District. When in doubt when you can't find it, ask for help loveys.
Let's go over green smoothies
*Green monster smoothies
1 large banana
2-4 kale leaves
3/4 cup rice, hemp or vanilla along milk.
1/2 mango nectar
2 tbs chia seeds
Maca powder and blend.
*Ginger pear & spinach protein shake
3 pears washes cored and cut
2 tbs flaxseeds
Chia seeds
2 cups frozen cherries
3 cup water or ice
1 banana
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
3 cups spinach stems removed add protein
O my gosh breakfast Sammy
1 Ezekiel English muffin and they have gluten free muffins also
Gimmie lean sausage (meat replacement)
Earth balance butter
Black pepeper
Maple grade A syrup drizzle
1 teaspoon of evoo
Mic an egg
1-2 organic eggs
Veggies chopped. Anything you desire
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Onions
Peppers
Pepper
Salt
Throw it in a microwave cup and put a small dish on top and cook for a minute or so.
Favorite microwave or stove
Oats n dat
Buy raw mixed nuts (walnuts sunflower seeds cranberries blueberries almonds) toss In bowl
Flax seed or chia or hemp
Maca powder
3 dates
PB2 powdered PB 85 % less calories and fat
1 cup almond milk and enjoy
No bake protein pucks
1-2 tbs PB2
1 tbs natural pb
1 scoop of sun warriors protein powder
2 Teaspoon grade A maple syrup
1-1/2 tbs cold water
Mix and eat
