Crazy Awesome Protein packed gluten free chocolate chip Pancakes and more!!!

Morning All!

If anyone knows me, they know I love love love breakfast foods. I can eat pancakes, waffles all day long. I came up with this crazy power packed healthy pancake with awesome ingredients in it that will satisfy your teeth tooth and give you all the great things your body needs. So let's get kicking on what you need to create this power pancake.

I want to start and talk about some substitutes you can use. If you want to try something other then eggs
Egg-1 organic banana
Egg-apple sauce

I like to use bananas but see what you like and it's all about trying things out.

-SunWarrior chocolate raw vegan protein powder 1 scoop full
-Gluten free Hodgson Mill Pancake & Waffle mix 1 cup
- 3/4 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened 40 calories
-Milled Flax Seed. 2 Tbs
-Maca Powder Super Duper Food 1 Teaspoon
-Chia Seeds 1 Tbs Super Duper Super Food. Google these super foods
-Sunrise vegan carbob chips. I jut sprinkled a few on once the pancake was in the pan.

That's a power packed breakfast that will give you energy and rock you in a good way. This is a pancake with a purpose.

When the pancake is cooking I take a little bit of Sunbutter and drizzle it in the middle.

Let's talk about the syrup. You have a variety of options. This is just my opinion and just through studying IIN and this is what me of course thinks. I started about 2 years ago to use Agave Nectar. I thought it was great because I thought it was "Raw" and it is low glycemic & Vegan & Gluten free product. So I immediately thought sweet, this is a awesome product. Well this is the real deal y'all. Agave is natural but no matter how the process it, it turns into just another fructose product. Which means another man made refined sugar. It's a no go in my eyes. These are some options you can try. I use Organic Brown Rice Syrup and it's Gluten free also. It's a allergan free alternative to sweeteners. You can bake, pour ion yummy things and put in tea for tea time. Yay! Natural sweeteners are higher in sugar but it's natural and not processed and you should just be drizzling it on your good. You need very little. You can also use 100% pure grade B maple syrup. The reason why I say grade B is because normal run of the mill maple syrup has Formaldehyde. This is what they pump in dead bodies to preserve them for people to view them. Yes, that's what we are eating. Crazy how the government will let it in our foods. They believe that if it's just a little amount won't hurt you. Well, a little bit here and a little bit there adds up. I don't want even a little in me!!!

I was making these Power pancakes while I was writing this blog and I just realized I ate them all before I could take a picture of them. Lol. What a fatty I am.
