If you have sensitive skin, use cool water to cleanse. Hot water will enlarge your capillaries and agitate them

Put your tooth brush in the dish washer once a week to kill all the gross germs

You should actually not keep your tooth brush in an open space in your bathroom because the bacteria from the toilet can dance through the air and chill on our tooth brush. Blahh Gross!
