Pizza made with cauliflower crust

Yep you heard me, cauliflower pizza!! My friend sent me a recipe and I forgot it at the grocery store so I blended a few recipes together and this is what I like. Home made and it took me less then 20 minutes.

Now a days with so many people having issues with digesting wheat so this is a super fab alternative or just fun to flip the switch and change. So here's what y'all will need.

2 cups of blended cauliflower. Size of couscous
2 cups of cheese alternative. My absolute favorite is Daiya and it melts like the real thing.
1 egg
There is your crust folks

You'll need for the top part is
1 cup of your choice of all natural pasta sauce. I like giant eagles natures basket eggplant sauce. No sugar and very low sodium.
Bust out your raw uncooked veggies and cut them up. What I had on hand was red, yellow peppers, zucchini, onions and oregano. A little daiya set aside for the end topping.

For the crust
You want to out your 2 cups of blended cauliflower , one egg, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning,2 cups of cheese alternative in a big bowl. Now go at it. Mush it all together and once completely saturated you can put on pan. Get a pizza pan and what I do is make the outer lining circle of the pizza first and then fill it in and make into a circle and even out. Now put in oven for 400 degrees for 15 minutes. You want the edges to look brown or kinda burnt. Then take out after the 15 and let cool. After cooling, pull crust off the off pan a but with a "flipper" and then put 1 cup of your sauce over pizza and any desired veggies and I like to cut up dress oregano and chop up and sprinkle on the top with a little of Daiya cheese alternative. Cook for another 9 minutes.

Enjoy and the crust will not be as hard as regular pizza but it will be freakin yummy!!.
