Yummy Quinoa Flakes Breakfast

Morning lovey's,

Let's eat healthy but it make your taste buds wig out. I have to give a shout out to my friend "Katie" for turning me on to these. They are made by Ancient Quinoa Harvest and there call "Awesome Quinoa Flakes" ok well I tossed in the awesome part;) Another great way to have breakfast and this is gluten free but non gluten free lovers can still rock this out for breakfast too.

This is what ya need:
Quinoa flakes
Dates
Almond or coconut milk
Chia seeds
Peanut butter/sunflower seed butter

I don't use microwaves so this is stove top. I put a cup of almond milk in, 3/4 cup of flakes, add 2 dates to sweeten (I toss the dates in the beginning because they need to get soft and then I mash them using a old school masher). I post picture. Let everything cook for 5 minutes and then pour in bowl and toss on Chia seeds on top. Chia seeds are a crazy superfood that I amazing for your body.
